Unlike others in here, I enjoyed Motorstorm: Apocalypse A LOT, the game was great once you got into it.. It felt exactly like a Motorstorm, as the handling & graphical style was almost identical....Yes, it had some Split Second-esque environment weapon, type features, BUT, to me, that was a natural evolution for the series, as the 1st had no environmental impacts, the 2nd had lave that overheated your vehicle quicker, & water that cooled it, so, Evolution DARED to try something differ...

Sony don't need what MS has... that is why Sony has the better exclusives, & exclusive developers, & stable of awesome games, at the end of the gen... as they devote a lot of there cash into more risky ventures than MS... I have to say, considering that this is a Nintendo site, I'm worried the game only received an 8. I would have thought, with Bayonetta 1, being as good as it was, that this game would have scored a 10 from Nintendo specific sites & mags.
Slightly worried that the game is not going to be as unbelievably good as the 1st. I hope my suspicion in thwarted, as this is the ONLY game I am looking forward to now, on Wii-U, for the rest of the year.

I don't think my PS4 would be powerful enough to run MC2 anyhow, so I guess I'm lucky in a way. I hate Minecraft & all it stands for....It is casual & 10-yr old junk. If I wanna play a game with old school graphics, I'll put on a decent title, like Galaga, SF2, Final Fight, Super Mario64, etc, etc... My 7 yr old son is crazy about this game, & it does my head in, as he wants every gimmicky toy, guide book, & other hunk of junk that goes with it..
Nothing better than a developer like Ninja Theory sticking to there awesome formula of a single player, story based, game.
I'm also glad they are not jumping on the open world & online multiplayer bandwagon.. I hope sales of this game, match it's quality. I have not been disappointed with a Ninja Theory game yet, & I don't expect this game to be any different, in fact, it may be my favorite yet, as they are sticking to what they excel at & building upon thos...
I'll be leaving this one OFF my list of games to own. I will join the ranks that punish these lazy, moneygrubbing, rip off developers, that don't deliver us the experience we deserve, on the console with the distinct power advantage.
My only Ubi game I'll commit to buying in the next few months, will be FC4, as I won't be able to help myself with that IP.
